Here’s how it works: We close the deals… So if you want a meeting, how about springing for Happy Hour at the end of the day and don’t forget to bring a truck load of CASH SPIFFS because nothing is more motivating than living off our SPIFFS and banking our checks!

REMEMBER: If your sales center has a Podium speaker you should let each sales guests know that ‘Today we are very fortunate as Ms./Mr. ‘X’ will be addressing us. S/He is not only our most entertaining guest speaker (or works directly w/the developer, or…), s/he is incredibly knowledgeable, too, so we’re all very lucky today!
Then during the Podium always look as interested as the guest will likely be, especially when the speaker points out subjects/topics of interest and/or ‘use’, etc. that appeal to your guest. Always glance at them during those moments, gesturing in an agreeing or acknowledging manner, and you’ll discover more hot-buttons and interest levels which will lead you down the path of laughing all the way to the bank!
