REMEMBER: Never forget that every day of the year it is the TS sales Pros who carry the ultimate responsibility and burden to bring home the proverbial bacon (for everyone), and the very survival of ARDA, the Developer, their Attorneys, Accountants, Admin staffs, Marketing personnel, etc. is squarely placed on the shoulders of each and every rep!
It is an awesome responsibility and for more than four (4) decades, through it all, the line sales people (front-end, closers and F/B’ers and managers) have performed magnificently. They are directly responsible for the timeshare industry’s expansion that ultimately led to thousands of resorts in more than 100 countries worldwide and none of it would have been possible had it not been for those of you in the trenches.
Be proud of your industry, be proud of the product(s)/service(s) that you sell and be equally proud of all your accomplishments, because it is those very talents, expertise and dedication that literally helped millions of owners travel the world over with their families and friends while vacationing in superior accommodations and having experiences they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. And, oh, by the way, ‘they’ are there today having a fantastic time because of you!
And that is not to discredit everyone else in the ‘biz’ who also make it all happen. But long before a sales guest becomes an ‘owner’ they basically ‘buy you first’, which makes you even more valuable (and rare). And this morning I salute each and every one one of you wherever you are today selling ‘slices of ‘Paradise’.
Lastly, keep in mind a motto published on SalesGravy.com which is that “Sales Professionals are the Elite Athletes of the Businesses World™”. Then without being cocky or boasting, just keep on doing what you do best, all the while laughing all the way to the bank!
