PUBLISHED EVERY MONDAY: August 30, 2010 — Many of us have had the dubious pleasure of occasionally dealing with the tech savvy folks who man the phones at Technical Support desks. Most of the time it isn’t a pleasant experience.
Don’t you just DREAD having to call for help? For one thing, even if you aren’t a complete idiot the person on the other end of the phone assumes you are and doesn’t LISTEN to the symptoms you describe or the steps you have already taken to resolve the issue, and it can be a real pain.
But what if you ARE a complete idiot? What’s it like to be on the other end of the line at that help desk? Well, here’s one humorous look at it.
