December 24, 2010 — In the short time we’ve been online it is noteworthy to report that in less than one year ‘Inside The Gate’ (aka: ‘The Gate’) has already become one of the leading daily Timeshare industry news and information publications on the Internet!
That milestone was achieved, in part, by the consistent daily publishing of PR’s, news stories, columns, opinions, etc., including numerous comments posted by readers of The Gate. And all that information has been archived for immediate access and research.
What is also amazing is that, along with some run-of-the-mill e-mail threats, our company, JAM Publishing, LLC, has already been threatened with a law suit (by an honest-to-god official attorney no less) for publishing publicly available information about one particular clown sidling around the edges of the ‘biz’. And to be sure, more info on that individual will be forthcoming in 2011 (you know who you are, so brace yourself)…
Another milestone was the recent introduction of ‘The GateHouse’ which has now become our most popular feature. There, along with industry updates, readers at “the world’s biggest after hours timeshare watering hole” find out “who’s doing what to who”, plus inside breaking news they won’t find anywhere else and juicy tips, facts, ideas, gossip, venting, argument, speculation and editorial comment.
The Gate has also forged some great alliances this past year with some key industry players from marketing and sales, including DOM’s, DOS’s, PD’s and TS Developers, etc. And this coming January we’re going to be introducing some exciting new products, features and services to the industry as well.
It’s been a busy year and we have much more on our plate. So to all of you around the world in the timeshare biz– including those timeshare owners who drop in for a peak Inside The Gate (to see whatzup) from time to time– we wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and the best, most wonderful, healthy, super prosperous New Year since (you all know when)!
