REMEMBER: I suppose if you consider all manner of gainful employment (jobs/careers) in the real world then a new survey released recently that claims “Only 2% of American Workers Are Satisfied With Their Jobs” may actually be believable!
Whatever the real percentage, the fact of the matter is that our sales centers runneth over with a lot of prospects whose lives are in a rut and have about as much stimulus (excitement) in them as their daily back and forth grind commuting to work during hours-long rush-hour traffic.
Then here they come, eventually, to the presentation often in the manner of an Amish family out for a drive-by shooting (clip-clop, clip-clop, clip-clop,clip-clop, bang), with many of their dreams, aspirations, wants, desires, needs and hopes beaten down so much by ‘life’ that a lot of ’em, unbeknownst to themselves, have become anal retentive pessimistic doubting and untrusting souls.
Now, I’m not picking on anyone because that (sadly) is the way life is for millions. And that is also why when they meet their rep they have an opportunity, and a rare one at that, to add some spice to their lives and get out there, travel the world and live life to the max!
TS reps have a very unique and exciting product and service to offer these people that adds a whole new dimension to their lives. That is why it is extremely important to sell all of the benefits/features of ‘travel’ and ‘vacationing’ to each prospect and provide them an opportunity to join the ‘few’, but millions, of like-thinking holiday merry makers who are timeshare owners out there having a ball!
Keep in mind, even the most seemingly pessimistic sales guest likely has a ‘travel’ and ‘vacationing’ lifestyle dream hidden deep down in side somewhere, and it is the savvy TS Pro who awakens that dream who’ll laugh all the way to the bank
