Get your day off to the right start with your own MORNING MEETING. A Sales Tip of the Day and a daily blast of music for your enjoyment! Published Monday thru Friday.
REMEMBER: If you ever want to watch a funny movie then get your hands on “Let It Ride” (1989) starring Richard Dreyfuss, David Johansen, Teri Garr and Jennifer Tilly and sit back and enjoy some good acting and comedy.
Somewhere along the timeline when ‘Jay Trotter’ (Dreyfuss) begins to realize he’s “having a really good day” at the track look for the counter girl telling him, “You could be walking around lucky, and not even know it!”
“Luck” comes in all forms, shapes and sizes. One of the greatest things about selling timeshares is that each day reps basically get a brand new chance at the ‘luck-wheel’ and could hit the ‘jackpot’ because they might very well be shaking the hand of that coveted ‘gold-ball’ sales guest.
However, because prospects don’t show up at the sales reception area with a ‘gold-ball’ logo tattooed on their foreheads, too often reps treat each sales guest like they are pulling the one armed bandits at a casino with a ho-hum, here we go again (‘next’) attitude.
And what an incredible and expensive mistake that is, because even though most sales guests may not be that ‘gold-ball’ prospect the fact of the matter is that about 75% of all sales guests are damn near being ‘gold-ball’. Treating all prospects throughout the entire presentation as if they are of that ‘quality’ is a sure fire way for the savvy TS Pro to find out if they too are “walking around lucky” and laugh all the way to the bank.
