REMEMBER: If you ever want to know how difficult it is to ‘change’ (e.g.) a person’s habit or lifestyle, etc. first try to ‘change’ yourself and then you’ll understand and appreciate the difficulty.
Most people hate and fight ‘change’ all their lives and are dragged into the ‘future’ kicking all the way. That is why it is important to explain to each new prospect that although what they will be previewing (today) may seem new, the fact of the matter is it is not; it is only a much better approach to travel and vacationing that is enjoyed and used by millions (just like them) worldwide!
The rep should also explain that the last thing he/she is going to ask the sales guest to do is ‘change’ the way they like (or want) to vacation and travel, but instead will simply demonstrate a proven system that will ease and enhance their overall experience.
Letting each prospect know that ‘today’ they’ll preview a system that simply improves something they are (likely) already doing anyway will put them more at ease, and the more that happens the more the savvy TS Pro will laugh all the way to the bank!
