Compass President and timeshare veteran Jay Finley, RRP, plans to add Fox Hills Resort to mix of coast-to-coast destinations.
BRANSON, MO (February 17, 2011) — Independent sales and marketing experts specializing in mature timeshare resorts, Compass Resort Group, announced they are bringing Fox Hills Resort, located in Mishicot, Wisconsin, into their family of small-to-mid-sized, resorts.
According to Compass President Jay C. Finley III, RRP, “Fox Hills offers vacationers year-round entertainment, whether it’s a get-away in mid-winter for the kids to enjoy the indoor pool and activities, or a summer golfing vacation on the property’s 45 links. We believe a number of customers in the surrounding market – people from Wisconsin, Illinois and on out to Minnesota – will not only be interested in buying into a vacation here, but will also enjoy visiting our other properties in Branson, California, Florida and Texas.”
Compass Resort Group got its start when they took on their first project, Rock Lane Resort, in Branson, Missouri. By assisting the resort’s HOA to make a number of improvements and by introducing an effective sales and marketing program, Compass was successful in finding interested, maintenance fees-paying owners for much of the resort’s deeded-back inventory.
“We were brought on board by the resort in March 2009,” says Finley. “One of the first moves we made was to set up a sales staff on-site and arrange meetings with other value-added partners to assist in selling the HOA’s existing inventory. We are very pleased with the results and envision having similar success at Fox Hills.”
Finley indicated Compass is looking at several other opportunities. “We have the machine in place,” he says. “Our objective is to bring value to both the consumer and our resort client by selling a fun, flexible and affordable timeshare product while obtaining a fair and equitable price for our resort clients and their homeowner associations.”
