REMEMBER: Morning Meeting (MM) has hundreds of real world timeshare sales tips that have been accumulated over decades, originating from tens of millions of dollars in sales volume sitting at those little round tables.
That history includes both national (US) and international sales knowledge with hands-on experience, and herein there is literally a wealth of information for those who are serious about changing their circumstances, improving their lifestyle, selling skills and incomes, etc.
The techniques work really well when applied properly and during the right circumstances!
However the caveat is there is no cookie-cutter technique or “silver bullet” that will increase an individual’s sales ‘stats’. The timeshare rep who is serious about increasing their volume would be well advised, over time, to read each tip and then write that advice down (in their own words) and with time permitting mentally apply (role play) those techniques to both the sales they’ve made and the ones they’ve missed.
Rarely are topics (tips) repeated and it is only constant practice and adaptation, molding the content to the individual selling environment, that will yield the maximum benefit and outcome.
In the meantime the savvy Timeshare Pro will always remember that one huge bogus adage (among many) in ‘the biz’ that you’re only as good as your last deal is. In reality, you’re only as good as your next deal, so always look forward, make that deal happen ‘today’, and laugh all the way to the bank.
