REMEMBER: The timeshare industry, especially from a sales perspective, has been changing for some time and because it has been and will continue to do so there is no time like the present to make hay while the old sun (still) shines.
Because of the changes in the works and those coming down the chute (that nobody is talking about) it is critically important, more so than ever before in ‘the biz’, to take advantage of each and every prospect and treat them as if they are the one and only sales guest on Planet Earth.
In this era, anyone out there who is (still) playing the old ‘Spin To Win’ game is a sucker because once ‘that’ prospect (today) is gone they leave forever and take with them potential earnings (commissions) in tow.
Or, as Jim Morrison of the hit rock group ‘The Doors’ advised the world decades gone by, “Keep your eyes on the road, your hands upon the wheel, because the future’s uncertain, and the end is always near.”
So today, and every day hereafter, treat each and every sales guest as if they are pure Gold! Get out there and sell and close them today. Become a high producer (VPG exceeding $4,000) and be like other, albeit few, savvy TS Pros and laugh all the way to the bank.
