And just like that, HYUNDAI was in the ‘game’.
The mere fact that such a warranty came with their cars spoke volumes to consumers and in a nutshell, the warranty surely implied to buyers not familiar with the new company that “That there HYUNDAI must be a pretty reliable set of wheels.”
Sales prospects like the idea of reliability and that is true in our industry as well!
Timeshare ‘tire-kickers’ need to be assured during the sales presentation that whether they will be staying at their home resort or exchanging abroad and living the lifestyle, they will have the comfort of knowing that both their home resort and others make being reliable a cornerstone of the system.
That includes everything from house-keeping, to check-in and reservations; from room service (where applicable) to Valet. Security to the onsite restaurants, from pool attendants to the amenities and everything in-between.
Sell the reliability of the timeshare plan, the industry and the resort exchange system and when sales guests sense that is not just sales ‘jaw-flapping’ they will become believers. And when that happens the savvy Timeshare Pro will laugh all the way to the bank.
