Highest Possible BBB Rating Reaffirms Success of Company’s Efforts to Achieve 100 Percent Customer Satisfaction
Continued Investments and Upgrades Further Expand Vacation Possibilities, Including New Resorts in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico
MIAMI, FL (June 23, 2011) — The Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean (BBB) has raised Royal Holiday Club’s rating for reliability and service to an “A+”, the highest score possible for a business that is assessed and rated by the BBB. This rating represents BBB’s high degree of confidence in Royal Holiday’s operations, including rapid resolution of customer concerns filed with the BBB.
This latest rating upgrade – Royal Holiday’s fourth since January 2010 – is based on an in-depth review of 16 different aspects of the company’s operations, including the nature, volume and timely resolution of complaints and reflects the company’s steadfast commitment to delivering 100% customer satisfaction across its operations.
“Everyone at Royal Holiday is excited by this recognition of the extraordinary effort we have made at all levels of our business to exceed our members’ high expectations and provide them with an unforgettable vacation experience,” said Chief Quality Officer Juan Jose Cuen. “An ‘A+’ from the BBB reaffirms the terrific work and dedication of our staff, all of whom are committed to maintaining this top rating by providing our customers with the highest levels of service. Above all, we are grateful that our members continue to place their trust in us to provide them and their families with world-class getaways for life.”
A BBB Accredited Business, Royal Holiday continues to build upon the substantial measures it launched in May 2009 to enhance its customer service, which included expanding its Quality Assurance department and establishing new protocols and systems to track and respond to feedback from its members. To further bolster these customer-focused initiatives, the company has made significant information technology investments, including upgrades to the company’s computers systems and infrastructure.
Royal Holiday is also continuing to enhance its worldwide portfolio of properties to provide its members with even more unparalleled vacation offerings. These enhancements include a recent USD $3.6 million investment in the luxury all-inclusive Cancun Caribe Park Royal Grand, which now features 311 remodeled and upgraded rooms and suites as well as a private beach that make it the ideal backdrop for a dream vacation.
Royal Holiday’s recently acquired property in Huatulco, Mexico now offers members an additional 135 rooms. This property, which will soon be branded a Park Royal resort, features exciting amenities for the entire family, including a beach club, kids’ club and spa.
In addition, Royal Holiday is aggressively expanding its offerings and inventory throughout South America, making available to members new top-of-the-line properties in Argentina and Brazil. With these new vacation destinations, Royal Holiday members now have a choice of 195 exhilarating resort options in 52 countries around the world, with more information at www.royal-holiday.com/.
