MIAMI, FL (Dec 09, 2011) — Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group, has been honored with three Adrian Awards by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI). As the largest and most prestigious global travel marketing competition, this year’s 55th annual contest attracted nearly 1,000 entries that were judged by top executives from all sectors of the industry.
A Gold Adrian Award winner, Interval’s 35th anniversary video shined in the digital marketing category. The presentation, created in collaboration with Ypartnership, celebrates Interval’s leadership in shared ownership and reinforces the company’s commitment to making its nearly 2 million consumer members’ vacation dreams come true.
In the public relations campaign for community service category, Interval received a Silver Adrian Award for its civic work with Steel Magnolias Ministries/Operation Any Soldier. The project honored more than 100 active military families, wounded warriors, and veterans with the gift of travel. In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of September 11, U.S. servicemen and women were presented throughout the year with weeklong vacations to be enjoyed at member resorts in Interval’s quality global network.
In the single entry advertising (magazine or newspaper) category, Interval World(R) was recognized with a Bronze Adrian Award. The members-only magazine includes exciting travel destination features and updates on the array of value-added benefits and services that Interval members enjoy.
