Mexico City (March 20, 2012) — Contact Center Solutions, a business unit of global vacation exchange leader RCI, received two awards from The Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT), a leading organization in the Contact Center industry and the management of company relations. The awards recognized RCI for outstanding performance in the improvement and professionalization of the Mexican Contact Center.
This national institute, which seeks to position Mexico as an international leader in the development and management of projects and strategies to improve company-client relations and government-citizen relations, gave the following awards to Contact Center Solutions for best management, operation, diffusion and social responsibility practices:
- Bronze Distinctive in the category of Best Customer Service Strategy, which recognizes the best strategies for impacting customer experience, customer satisfaction and business results
- Bronze Distinctive in the category of Best Operation in Outsourced Contact Centers, which recognizes projects that improve the organization’s management model, as well as Areas for Outsourced Interaction with Clients (OIC)
Through these two awards, IMT recognized the outstanding multi-service functions that Contact Solutions Center performs through excellent comprehensive solutions, allowing RCI’s affiliated resorts to promote growth and continued improvement in their business for the benefit of their clients. Operations are run with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, all of which complement sales efforts as well as the bookings process while supporting the process of exchange, invoicing and billing, and the administration of maintenance fees, including all those under the concept of one-stop shop .
