BAAR, Switzerland (February 06, 2013) — After ten years of activity, Kurt Scholl is to give up his position
as CEO of the Hapimag Group at the Annual General Meeting 2013. Dr. Marisabel Spitz, President of the Hapimag Board of Directors since 2002, will take over operational management of the company on 1 May 2013, transferring the Presidency of the Board of Directors to Dr. Giatgen Peder Fontana.
Today, with 141 000 members, 57 resorts and around 5300 apartments, Hapimag is the leading European company offering rights of residence.
