(May 30, 2013) –– SPM Resorts was recently selected as the timeshare management company for two properties: Holly Forest in Sapphire, N.C. and Sands Villa Resort in Atlantic Beach, N.C. With these new associations, the company’s management portfolio includes 36 associations from Cape Cod to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Holly Forest, Sapphire, N.C.
SPM Resorts began managing Holly Forest on Jan. 1, 2013. Holly Forest is Sapphire’s largest single-family and condominium real estate development with more than 1,200 whole owners. Owners have access to the Sapphire Valley Master Association amenities, which include the use of Fairfield Lake, a community center, recreation center, tennis courts, golfing, snow skiing and more.
