Wyndham Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Coffs Harbour on the New South Wales Mid North Coast and Wyndham Resort Denarau Island, Fiji received their accolades recently, proving a high level of guest satisfaction.
The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to those who have attained the very highest level of excellence in the resort and hospitality industry and is based on feedback from travellers on TripAdvisor.
To be eligible for the certificate, a business must consistently uphold an overall rating of four out of five, or higher, in customer reviews and ratings.
The certificate is presented to high-achieving businesses all around the world and as such, the recipients represent the hospitality industry’s top 10 per cent worldwide.
