New Jersey USA Timeshare News: July 15, 2017

It's Happy Hour at The GateHouse>> EASTERN USA TIMESHARE NEWS:

CAMDEN: One more time…

Joshua Gayl, the house attorney for VO Financial who was scheduled to be sentenced on July 14 for his part in the VO Group timeshare transfer scam, has had that date adjourned to July 19, 2017 at 1:00 PM. If he is finally and actually sentenced on that date it will close out the VO Group/VO Financial fraud cases except for the appeals filed by Adam Lacerda and Ian Resnick, who were sentenced to 27 years and 18 years, respectively.

Back in June 2016 the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ordered Gayle placed on temporary suspension under a rule of disciplinary enforcement pertaining to attorneys convicted of a crime. So far I haven’t seen anything to indicate that he has been disbarred – but I’m still looking.

Stay tuned. Hopefully I’ll be able to tell you something consequential next Saturday.
