Weekly Wisecrack: January 27, 2018

The Beaver Grows UP

While Theodore was sitting for his real estate license test he was wishing he could ask his older brother Wally what the heck does an abstract title, Lis Pendens, the civil rights act, net listing, zoning, a conforming loan, price to income ratio, quiet enjoyment, a REIT, a defeasible fee, an environmental impact statement, the fair housing act, FHA loans or a writ of attachment, etc., have to do with selling a fiat-points-based membership system to be used for vacations all around the world in over 100 nations.

But leave it to Beaver; he’ll hang in there knowing that Wally will explain it later…

The Weekly Wisecrack is primarily (but not always) a snarky look inside the workings of the timeshare industry, usually from the viewpoint of sales and marketing representatives. Do you have a different point of view? Leave your own caption in the Comments if you’re so inclined…

Once Beaver (LOL) learns how things really work inside the sales room he’ll have a few more questions for his brother like.

Gee, does everyone in the world lie and gosh, when did Eddie become a sales manager Wally?
